Treasures and Trifles: A Neighborhood Tradition

Treasures and Trifles (T&T) is OFLLAH’s largest annual fundraiser, held at the historic San Pedro Chapel on the last weekend in January. This year’s event runs Friday, January 31 through Sunday, February 2. Proceeds are shared between OFLLAH and the Old Ft. Lowell Neighborhood Association to help preserve our beloved San Pedro Chapel.

T&T is more than a fundraiser—it’s a neighborhood celebration. Chaired by Bernie Baker with co-chairs Pat Treeful, Debbie Rich, and Jannie Cox, the event brings together dozens of volunteers and hundreds of shoppers from all around town. All year long, the committee collects items from generous donors, carefully storing them until sale time. This year, three big-hearted neighbors have even opened their garages to store furniture—two are already full and the third is filling fast!

What We Need Most

If you’re sorting closets, cupboards, or garages, please keep T&T in mind. Our most popular items include:

  • Kitchen and bath items
  • Home décor, linens, and rugs
  • Art, jewelry, hats, purses, and scarves
  • Furniture and small appliances
  • Outdoor furniture and décor
  • Camping gear and tools
  • Toys

What We Cannot Accept

  • Clothing
  • Books
  • Large appliances
  • Electronics
  • Unmatched plates, glasses, or cups

Volunteers Make It Happen

During sale week, more than 60 energetic volunteers roll up their sleeves to unload trucks, arrange displays, price treasures, and add those finishing touches that make everything sparkle. Best of all, they share plenty of laughter and camaraderie along the way.

If you’d like to donate items…or join the fun as a volunteer…please call or text Jannie at 520-548-3741.

Mark your calendars—we’ll see you at the Chapel in January!
